The Birmingham Community Action Network’s (B:CAN) first Annual Conference was held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
B:CAN members were joined by partners, community organisations and stakeholders to celebrate and champion the inspiring work taking place to revitalise communities across the city.
Afzal Hussain, Chief Officer at Witton Lodge Community Association, is Chair of the Network. He said: “We are extremely proud of our progress made and IN realising B:CAN’s true potential when communities, funders & partners unite behind a shared purpose.
“The conference underlined how we are energised, ready for the journey ahead and excited about the impact we will create together.”
